About this build

Version 1.1.4 improves evidence collection for graphics resets, application crashes and hangs, including incidents where Windows keeps running.

  • Background collection of Windows event messages, IDs, structured data and XML.
  • Event incident reports without requiring a Windows restart, with recovery of available events from the previous seven days.
  • System commit, process memory and graphics driver evidence.
  • Save support ZIP in Settings; no automatic diagnostic uploads.
  • Update checks at app startup; downloads start only when you click.

Findings help you investigate an issue. They do not guarantee a single cause for every crash or performance problem.

Installing

You need a Windows x64 PC and administrator access. The required .NET runtime is included.

  1. Download the installer using the button above.
  2. Open the downloaded .exe and follow the setup steps.
  3. Approve the administrator prompt to install the monitoring service.
  4. Open Bitport Diagnostics from the Start menu.

Already installed? This installer can update the existing Bitport Diagnostics installation.
